   1. Enlargement of parts of a cave system by fall of rock masses from walls and ceiling.
   2. Heaps of rock that have collapsed from the walls and ceiling of a cave, generally called cave breccia [10].
   3. Synonym for the collapse of caves, or, in American usage, for the debris produced by collapse [18].
